It has been an exciting/nerve wracking adventure starting our u-pick portion and letting the public come to our flower fields for the first time. We are excited to be able to share our love of flowers with the public and to create a serene environment for guests to enjoy.
Please bare with us, we're going to do our best to provide beautiful flowers for you to pick and take home and enjoy, we are moving from our current growing space into a completely new space, it's a larger area which we're excited about but it's also a space we haven't grown flowers in before, we're doing everything we can from now until planting to create soil, flowers will love and thrive in. We are going to work on filling 1 acre full of flowers and are hoping to have it a little over half filled in our 2023 season.
If you choose to stay with us, Tranquil Acres Cabins is the ideal spot to stay and totally immerse yourself in the farm experience. We are thrilled to extend this invitation to you. We are certain that you will enjoy your time here on the property whether you live nearby or are simply visiting.
You'll be able to select your own fresh blossoms as you walk through the fields, to make an original bouquet for you. No matter what your own style may be, we are going to strive to offer a wide selection of flowers so that there is something for everyone.
We have a number of different animals on the farm in addition to the flowers, such as Scottish Highlander Cattle, a small flock of chickens, sheep and goats. During your stay, take the time to watch the animals play and roam.
The wonder of nature has a way of cheering people up and making them feel happy and content, it's definitely one of my happy places
We hope that our farm can be a place where you can get away from the strains of everyday life and discover a sense of peace and tranquility, whether it be through picking flowers or just taking a stroll around the fields or making a stop by the barn to visit the animals.
